How I work

Conferences and Keynotes

I speak on the topics that define the transformation of our time: nature-based education, regenerative and emergent leadership, sustainability as systemic opportunity, regeneration, biodiversity, climate change, conscious food systems, social innovation and weaving. I adapt each intervention to the context, audience and moment of the organization.
Settings: business forums, education congresses, sustainability events, international platforms.

Advisory and Facilitation

I accompany processes of organizational transformation, regenerative strategy and vision building. I facilitate gatherings, workshops and innovation labs where systemic thinking and a regenerative perspective become strategic clarity and concrete action.
I work with leadership teams, founders and social innovators who are ready to question their ways of operating and build from a different logic.

Nature Immersions

Nature is the best classroom for leadership and systemic transformation that exists. I design and facilitate expeditions, retreats and outdoor activities where participants reconnect with their purpose, strengthen their leadership capacity and experience in their own bodies the principles of regenerative systems.
These experiences are available for organizational teams, leadership groups and communities of practice.
